JE has a long history of producing competition engines for several different classes of motorsport including Drag Racing, Touring Cars and Off-road racing, having supplied engines for Bowler's highly successful Wildcat off-road racing cars from 2003 onward, and Land Rover's Paris Dakar team from 1985-1987.
