Description: THE BIKE SPECIALISTS, TRADING STANDARD AWARD WINNERS FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS. Bike ID: #9732 We are pleased to present the opportunity to own a very rare collectable Ducati 888 SP4. This is the ultimate example and the best we have ever seen. The present owner has recently spent £13,000 on having a full professional in depth inspection and full strip and rebuild (including engine) carried out. Our example is number 342 of just 500 made. A beautiful 1992 model showing just 4,967 Kms (3,086 miles) that originated in Italy and had been sat in a private Italian collection since 2004 before being brought to the UK and registered with a UK age related number plate. Supplied with all the original Italian paperwork plus UK V5, original handbook, its original silencers, 3 keys and a comprehensive dossier on the bike with every detail of the strip and work carried out which is available upon request but far too in depth to list. This stunning original example of Ducati’s 888 SP4 homologation special re: Doug Pollens 1992 world superbike winning racer from 1992. Beautifully presented this SP4 homologation special was an updated version of the 851 SP3 and was produced for the 1992 World Superbike Championship in which it won. It had revised bodywork and produced in only 500 units worldwide. Another Ducati that has become hard to find and super rare in these conditions. This stunning bike would be the jewel in the crown of any serious motorcycle collection. A small deposit will secure this Ducati and we offer finance packages to suit and can also arrange delivery both UK and worldwide. We are a family-owned company who pride ourselves on the quality of our Motorcycles and all of them are carefully chosen, handpicked enthusiast pre-owned examples that are always HPI Clear for your peace of mind. We offer all the usual used Motorcycle Dealer facilities such as Low-rate finance and extended warranties and operate a no pressure environment where you can relax and enjoy good old-fashioned service with a smile. We have just upgraded our Indoor Showroom where you can see Motorcycles you sometimes can only dream of seeing and sometimes, we have to pinch ourselves when we get certain bikes in as we would like to keep them all. We cater for very specialist tastes and can usually source rare and coveted bikes that we do not have in stock and have lots of contacts throughout the world.
