Introduced at the 1997 London Motor Show, the V8 Volante LWB was the successor to the Virage Volante. It shared its technical base and design with the 1996 V8 coupé, but was distinguished by a wheelbase that was 200 mm longer, offering increased space for rear passengers and greater boot capacity.
